Returns & Refunds

Return / Refund Guidelines

Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
For a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear videos and images of the item.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Email or call us with your order number and the reason for the return to start the request.
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer (we'll collect the details when you raise the request).
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. innerwear, customised or final-sale products) are non-returnable.
